Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. Please contact us if you can’t find what you’re looking for here.

  • We have connected your platform to a Mailchimp CRM which will send transactional emails on your behalf (welcome, joined a circle and draw day). Through Mailchimp you can also send emails to invite participants to Circles. This triggered by the ‘invite users to Circles’ button (see Guide 3 Steps 1a and !b). 

  • Circles 360 is a software as a service platform owned and operated by StepLadder, a technology and software provider.

    You have agreed to use Circles 360 in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and StepLadder's T&C's.

    You are solely responsible for the business you conduct and content you create, transmit, or display while using Circles 360.

    StepLadder is a software provider and takes no responsibility for financial services or advice.

  • In Circles 360 you manage your payments manually using the platform to track who has paid in, missed payments and generate the Draw for payouts. It is possible to automate the manual payment process and this is part of our Circles Pro package. If you would like to discuss an upgrade to Circles Pro, please contact us.

  • Promoting your new platform to reach a wider audience will be a key way to generate more revenue from your Members’ fees. We have a library of marketing templates designed from our best practice processes. Every week we’ll provide useful tips and guidance,  including excerpts from our marketing templates, to help you reach more, new users.

Tips for making the most of your Circles platform

  • FOMO Email Campaigns

    Towards the end of each month, before Circles close for the month, send an campaign to create a sense of urgency for customers to sign up to a Circle. I.e. “Circles are closing in three days, don’t miss out on your opportunity to save with friends.”

  • Reason for saving

    Once you’ve added your Reasons for Saving in the platform set up, make the most of them! Use these reasons to keep your Members motivated to reach their goals by giving them personalised information and relevant offers.

  • The Draw Day Wow

    Draw Day is your biggest ‘WOW’ moment and best chance to get engagement from Members. Your goal is to persuade as many Members as possible to check their Draw status on the dashboard and give you testimonials you can use to grow your business.

  • Asking friends to join

    Try and persuade your existing Members to refer their friends and family into Circles. This is one of the fastest and lowest cost ways to grow your business. You can even offer inentives to people who refer the highest number of people.
